With more than 18 years of experience in the road construction industry, the founder of TPI has had the opportunity to view the field from all perspectives; Both as a roadway worker, and as an administrator. Entering the industry as a laborer (setting up the required traffic control measures, pouring concrete, laying asphalt, and installing signs and pavement markings) and eventually progressing to the administrative side (from estimating, to handling sales and management). Within those years of experience, a void became apparent. Many companies have endured unnecessary and avoidable accidents within the work zone. There was a need for a company that would always prioritize safety in a work zone above all else. This realization gave way to the motto “Safety at its Best,” and the creation of Traffic Pros Inc.
